Start your culinary adventure with a pickup outside the Magic Ice Bar in Tromsø at 10:30 in the morning.
Embark on a scenic fjord drive by van or minibus with our storytellingguide. After a 35-minute drive, arrive at Æra - Panorama Glass Lodge for aunique dining experience. Fresh king crabs are flown in daily from the icywaters of the Barents Sea, allowing you to enjoy some of the world's freshestand most luxurious seafood.
We retrieve the live king crabs from a saltwater aquarium and cookthem in front of you while we tell stories about the significance of king crabsas a natural resource and their journey from Kamchatka to Kirkenes.
The freshly cooked king crab legs are then served on the table alongside bread, butter, lemons, and mayonnaise. No extra ingredients are neededbecause the freshness of the king crab ensures its salty yet sweet flavor.Coffee, tea, and water are included in the dinner, and additional drinks can bebought separately.
